FSR Industries Media House is a documentary and storytelling studio based in Semaphore, on the South Australian coast. We delve beyond the surface — capturing the essence of people, communities and cultures through documentary, sport, corporate, music and human-interest film. Short-form fast-turnaround event coverage on one end, longer-form documentary on the other. We work as a tight core team and scale up with trusted collaborators — directors, DOPs, editors, sound — whenever a project calls for a bigger crew.

Alongside the moving image, we shoot stills across every one of those disciplines too — corporate headshots, intense action photography, fly-on-the-wall documentary, polished editorial. If the question is about media, the answer is generally yes, and we're particularly good at working out how to capture the strange, the unique and the briefs nobody else quite knows what to do with.

Our background is corporate, which means we understand strategy, brand and the pressure of getting messaging right the first time. But our instinct is documentary — a natural curiosity about people that means we can usually get a story from someone where another crew might struggle. That combination is rarer than it sounds, and it's why our work — including the acclaimed Grounded series — keeps coming back to intimate portrayals of resilience, craft and quiet triumph.

Off the clock, we're in the water as often as we can be — which is also why we keep ending up in the kind of weather-beaten, seat-of-our-pants, fringe-discipline environments that sharpen the instincts we bring to every paid brief.
